Since you have $750 in the truck at $1500 you have doubled your money. The bodywork can be done but there are no sheetmetal parts made for these trucks, been there done that. If you can get the 225 running it will give you more edge to bargin with. As you said it shouldn't take that much. Townwagons are few and far between but with a soft market trucks aren't bringing as much now. To do a full resto you'll have $5000 or more depending on your level of resto. They are fun trucks to have and drive but do you want it to sit or see it get used? Without seeing it I'd say if you can get $1500-2000 and really want to sell it to go for it. If you do keep it I can show you how to do the bodywork, I've done several. Or pass my info along to the buyer. Good luck
