I had issues disengaging the clutch right before I started my cummins conversion. The M/C froze up, but I'm sure that isn't your issue. Did you get the slave cylinder push rod adjusted far enough out? That combination was in the truck when I got it 8 years ago. I drove it about 15,000 miles tops before I started the swap.
