Sawzall for the tire, bolt cutters for the beads - put the rim on a block so that weight of the wheel was off the ground - sprayed with penetrating oil, tapped with hammer - continued for a few days spraying and tapping (increasing seriousness of the "tap")- eventually they came apart.
