htat is what is nce about inline engines you get the vehicle moving nicely at such low rpms. I ahve been wheelin in the snow with my flathead powered trucks and used to go with these chevy guys runnign 454s. I would be moving up the ice at 1000 rpms and they would be spinng all 4 just to creep along running at 3500 rpms. talk about bad mileage. ;/)
