pto and tranny are rebuildable. making it fit up to a dodge engine might be a challenge though if it was behind a perkins. I would run it. Maybe behind a Cummins 4BT? It was used for a few decades in medium duty trucks. in a PW which is light duty I dont think you will ever break it.
