In 1993/1994 GM had a short tail shaft version of the NV-4500. That is what I am running in my Bumblebee. Its very short and that is the one I would suggest when using a Divorced T Case in a PW/WC/M37. Yes, I drive my centered rear off the Ebrake output. Yokes are available to mount on the Ebrake drum. Priming a dry Bosch VE Pump on a B3.9 is no problem. I can bleed a Bosch IP in 2 or 3 minutes. I have never converted a NV-4500 4 heel drive to 2 wheel drive. I have read where it is done. My Short Tail Shaft NV-4500 does have PTO ports. Go to advance adapters web site www.advancedadapters.com look for their NV-4500 Conversion guide. It costs 10 bucks and has lots of conversion info. You can get info on 4wd to 2 wd there. I have one.....but its in the land of the missing right now or I would look up the info for you.
