Clint, IT may not be as inappropiate as you think. I bought a grease gun the other day. bought a plews gun, name brand , right? not so fast, the gun was made in china, printed on the box in very small letters. didn't see it right off, started having trouble on the first tube, the body of the gun was a little over size and would crush the tube down into the body, collapse the cardboard and only dispense about a third of the tube. then dig out the rest with a screwdriver and put in another tube. after three in a row I figured it was the new gun. by that point I was so mad that I stuffed the thing back in the box and then in the trash. emailed plews and told them about my experience, lady emails me back, wants the number off the box. two days later she tells me they can find no problems with that model, wants my address to send me a new gun. emailed her back and told her NO THANKS. went out and bought a lincon gun made here! works like a champ. I know that we can't all the time, but when we can it sure does feel good to tell them no thanks. Dave.
