If you count the transfer case. If you want to use it as a brownie and allow yourself 2WD low range, you can rig the levers so they don't lock out that position. Just be aware that the reason the engineers didn't let the drivers have 2WD low range was because they'd be too likely to break rear axles.
More to the point, I'm sure somebody could make it work, with much hacking, expense and ugliness, but I'm not sure what good it would do. You're limited to about 45 MPH at the high end anyway by everything else. Sure you could use overdrive in the 10-speed to get a bit more road speed, but then you run out of engine power, and then you put the ubiquitous small block chevy in it (or a 318 if you want to stay mopar) and you run out of brakes and axle strength, so then you put disk brakes and aftermarket extra-strong axles in it and you get it up to 75 MPH and you have a hard time steering it or even just keeping it going straight. Anyway, that's what would happen. The easier, cheaper, and safer way to get to the same endpoint is to put your old FFPW or M37 body on top of a modern chassis.
