Hi Bill. Have you tried having the dealer re-set your computer to the taller tires? I don't know for sure if this will help the shift points, but it might. I have an early 12 valve '98 Dodge with 35" tires and an automatic and have never had a problem, but there are less computer controls. My '06 has 35" tires and a 6 speed and I had the computer re-set simply to have a more accurate reading on the speedometer. You might try asking this question at www.tdr.com as well. Jerry
