New 35% duty on Chinese tires

Just saw this in the news. 35% seems like a lot. I'm not sure which tires are made in China and which in the US any more. Are the American-sounding brands like Goodyear, Groodrich, and Cooper really made in the US? How about Michelin? Or the Toyo and Wanli tires that Les Schwab sells?
