those hydravac come in different sizes and you might be able to find anywhere the sell parts for medium duty trucks. The one I sent you the link of is I think the samllest size they make. Appropriate for 1 ton or smaller cars and trucks. even some French cars used the hydravac way back in the late fifties or so.
