Dean, I own an 05 dodge Ram 2500, which was purchased new. I have 138,00 miles on it. I never had a problem starting during winter months here in New Jersey. The only problem I ever had with it was the Idler pulley for the serp belt failed at about 65,00 miles. Other than that only oil changes every 4,000 miles. I do use lucas products-oil stabilizer and fuel additive, and have since the truck was new. Also, it is manual transmission. I get a solid 20.5 mpg in stop and go. it drops to 19.0 when traveling on highway at 75mph. LOL.
