As an addendum, the first spindle nut gets torqued to 100 ft.pounds. Spin the wheel and re-torque the nut. Repeat this procedure until no more nut movement occurs. You will probably need to re-torque three or four times before the nut no longer makes incremental advances. Then back off the inner nut 1/6th turn. Install the lock washer. Now install the outer nut, torquing, spinning, and re-torquing as you did with the inner nut, until 100lbs. holds. Torquing the spindle nuts in this way will assure that you end up with properly adjusted bearings.
