They did make Civy 2WD Carryalls.

Mine is a 1942 Dodge DD116 (Canadian Built - Windsor Plant), 116" Wheel Base, 2WD though, not 4x4.

I think mine was purchased by the Canadian Government though, I havn't done a full history on mine yet.
