I don't think you could do this in 80 hrs.
I've done several diesel conversions...never a 4bt but several 6bt's & it's more than just shoehorning a diesel in & bolting her down...everything needs to be changed from wiring to gauges to controls like gas pedal to hanging pedals, cooling system needs upgrading & modification...pto's & custom fabricating to run winches or hydraulic winches...it's a labor of love or an expensive job to pay a qualified man.
Now Paul in NY....he'd done enough of them that he can swing it in 80hrs for you & I heard he only charges $10/hr he loves these trucks so much :)
