W500 Brake Question

I am still seeking a parts source on the brake booster on this thing. I have posted some pictures which may help. The actuall vacuum booster is under the floorboard, buth a long vacuum line going up to the manifold - not sure who thought this was a good design...

And check out those Dualmatic hubs. Four levers, I have now seen one with 6 levers for a five ton application.

Can anyone identify that transfer case?
