Maybe so, but I think Bush Jr was way more of a figurehead than, say, Bill Clinton. Say what you want about Clinton, but I think he really did run the Administration. Junior could barely come up with a coherent thought on his own. I suspect Cheney had twice the IQ of Junior, probably because he didn't party so hard when he was a boy. I bet Bill Clinton is one of the men behind the curtain in the Obama administration. Obama's job is to be Mister Cool, flash his big shiny smile, and read a speech like we haven't heard one read for several generations. You know that Obama cut a deal with the Clintons to stop the party fight and win the nomination and the election, and that deal involved more than just Hillary being Secretary of State.
