If you don't know what cap and trade is and its effects you should immediately start to educate yourself.
It's estimated that the cost of electricity will triple or ever quadruple.
That of course will cause the cost of goods to skyrocket as well.
Since China will not participate in a "cap and trade" scheme they will be the chief beneficiary as manufacturers flee this country in even greater numbers.
