Try a ratchet strap or a length of rope all around the outside of the tire. Tighten the ratchet strap, or twist a loop in the rope and wind it up. As it tightens, it will squash into the tire, and spread the beads apart. It also helps to remove the valve stem, to allow the most air volume through the stem.
