Mack 24 volt / 12 system it used what was called a series paralle (sp) switch > it must have been mportant because it took us a week to cover it,in its theory in school > the beauty of this switch was when cranking you got 24 volts and when you let go of the key you were back to 12 > it was a very reliable piece of equipment it was the size of a small mason jar mounted on the frame > was considering something like this for my power wagon except 12 /6 ~ Copey
