OT but Dodge

I bought a '74 Dodge W 300 Stake truck w/4 speed & slant 6. I used it for hauling firewood etc because with a heavy load the disc brakes stops better than the Power Wagon. I started it this winter and let it idle, the choke stuck and the crankcase had about 3 gal of gas/oil mix. I changed oil & filter and it now has a terrible metal to metal noise(Spun main??) at RPM above idle. What engines will mate to the tranny?(318), any fix for a spun main bearing?? Thanks Kurly
