That sounds like a good deal to me. The '67 and '68 have several "improvements" that the '65 does not have: dual circuit brake system, improved door latch, padded dash, backup lights, etc. You should have no trouble getting a nice truck and also making a buck or two. It would not do for me to have this chance, as I would want to keep all of them! Go for it.
