Thanks Bob; I probably didn't provide enough background. My PW has 16 inch Budd Dualies. I'm not assuming or saying it is a factory original setup so these could have been added later... don't know.
The shank diameter that fits through the spacer makes it kind of unique as you've mentioned. Napa had them fully threaded, but that won't help me.
