You will be mocked unmercifully... and rightfully so. If you want a hummer, at least the H1 has a purpose. I'd only get one if I lived in the desert.
What are you looking for in a vehicle? If you want a comfortable truck that does everything, you want a Dodge w/ a cummins; 2004 to 2006. I have a quad shortbed 4x4 with a strong steel shell and double-doors in the back. I'd get one just like it again. If you want off-road, a trail-worthy jeep is the ticket. I've heard the FJ is also a decent trail vehicle, but I haven't run any trails in one yet.
An H2?... hmmmmmm
