I found a nice 2004 H2 Hummer with 90,000 for $17,500.00. You guys know how long I have been hanging out on this forum. You guys know every nut and bolt on these vehicles.
SO, I go hang out on the www.hummerforums.com to try to get some intelligent answers. HAAAAAAA no intelligence to be found.
I did get a half decent answer as to what the value of this vehicle should be by checking Kelly Blue Book, but when I asked some hard hitting questions like "what is the ton rating of an H2, (1/2 ton, 3/4 ton,) or how to mount radios in an H2 ?
After 4 days someone finally mentioned that they are built on a Tahoe chassic, no ton rating.
And on radios, all they could talk about was mounting a damned CB, I told them I run with the Sheriffs office S&R unit and ambulance crew. UHF & VHF Come-on kids, I haven't played with a CB since 1975.
You look at the posts and all they are concerned about is the bells and whistles problems on these things. "my sun roof stopped working" "my mirrors don't defrost"
If I buy one of these things, will I become mindless like so many of the others ? ??
I appreciate you guys that know how to drive a hard working truck.
