I have a digitizing arm (CMM) that I can use for essentially the same purpose. It isn't as Gee Whiz as the NextEngine scanner but it works quite well.

I was hoping to digitize some of the parts on my Power Wagon. I have a SolidWorks seat and could digitize directly into it.
