It's probably a dumb question, but did you try the Skil Tools website? They give a phone number (877-754-5999) for parts/manuals for older tools not listed on their parts website. I found bearings and brushes for a 30 yr. old Black and Decker Industrial 4-1/2" grinder on their website a few months ago.
Or maybe Sears Parts?
