I have rebuilt a number of these speedometers, and sometimes all you need is time, and the plastic disk. Other times you need a whole lot more, on average it takes 2-3 speedometers to make one good working one. Odometers can be hard, sometimes that is the only thing I am short of, as the paint is bad on so many.
