A few years ago the "new" neighbors were complaining about everyones stuff. They sent the county code enforcement officer out to police up the junk.
These people had bought homes or farmland to develop and were trying to flip them at a major profit when it looked like our little area would soon become a bedroom community for Seattle and the surrounding areas.
The code enforcement officer came to see me and I dont have 1/3 the junk the guy across the road does, so they basicly left me alone, plus I had everything lined up neatly, and the real semi dismantled junkers were pushed back in the treeline out of view.
But I was a little PO'd. So I pulled everything out that rolled and lined it up front to back across the frontage of our property. I hung a sign out that said:
"Welcome to beautifull Elk Haven, From your friends at Old Dodge Fence Company, remember fences make great neighbors!"
Of course when Wendy got home I was instructed to dismantle it ASAP.
