I'm not sure, I used to have the out to out dimensions around here somewhere. I know that the 1980's to '92 track is the same as the 61-71 track and the spring perch center to center are identical. Early 300's had narrower frame widths as did the '57 to '60 truck, I'm sure that Eric has the dimensions.
I think that after 1972 all Dodge frames/spring perches were the same width.
GMC/chevy perches were narrower but the axles were a tad wider and offset toward the differential, which makes for some interesting swaps for those without a tape measure....= )
