new dodge six speed trans ?

I have just recently heard of a new or newer 6 speed manual trans that is supposed to replace the NV5600 called a G56. It is an all aluminum , integral bell trans. Anyone out there know anything about these? Who makes it , gear ratios , gvw rating and how well they hold up? Thanks, Jim.
