Not true! Warn manufactures in a 400,000 sq. ft. facility in Seattle WA and in a 100,000+ sq. ft. facility in Saltillo Mexico.
Not one part is made "overseas", but they do export to Korea and other countries for automatic hub products used in KIA's Toyota's and Nissan's.
