When I was looking for small winch, I found that Milemarker, Chicago Electric, and Superwinch are ALL made by the same factory and have the same design.
I was also told that even Warn is made overseas.
As far as Champion, I am not sure of the factory location. Check the internet and then call their helpline in the US.
That is were I got a lot of info.
Still available for parts and single vehicle transports.
