Remove the bottom plug and see if any oil drains. If not, full of frozen water. Work a blanket around the transmission to cover it and create a wind barrier from top of trans to ground and place a propane stove inside to heat it. Remove filler plug also. This may take most of the day to thaw and watch for water draining. Drain out all water and oil then refill and drive for 15 miles, drain and refill with oil. Cover shift lever so no water gets back inside
