Fuse Block

My '74 W-100 pickup for some reason is not getting any power on the top row of the fuse block, the bottom row does have power though. It looks like most of the top row is stuff that would only work with the ignition switch on, turn signals, heater motor, ect. My question is the problem more than likely in the switch or a loose power wire to the fuse block. Is there anywhere to get a wiring diagram of the fuse block my Chilton manual doesn't include one.
