where would one buy a longer pitman arm

? one of my trucks had a real poor design power steering and i pulled it completly off and put a new original steering box on but since it's lifted 4" the original pitmna arm will not work. i really don't want to undo the lift and know somewhere someho someone has to have these pitman arms..???
