It's a yard truck, run it till it won't go no more, then put in another engine.
my 2 cents, you have enough else going on and don't need another project. Pull the engine, then you'll need to do the clutch and throw out bearing. Then your find out there is no fluid in the transmission and the input shaft moves up/down. Since you have the engine out, I might as well.... :o)
