... get as much as you can out of carb. Refill with gasoline, and may be spray the intake with some starter fluid or carb cleaner if you have it handy. That should start it and keep it going until the gas gets all the way through. Not a big deal, won't hurt the engine.
But maybe you should take the hint and get your daughter the diesel powered go-cart she obviously wants! Obviously a child of excellent taste. Maybe something with a 1 cyl Yanmar?
