Hey Dave, how's it going? I used Friction Materials to re-line a set of shoes for my W300 and had them arc'd to the drums. After that, the truck stopped like never before. It was a big difference from "out of the box" shoes. I heard of them from our shop manager who used thme for re-lining brakes for some of our old cranes. I went to there shop to drop off/pick up my shoes. It is in an old industrial area of east Baltimore and there shop was an impressive array of old equipment still in use. I hope they stay around for a good while longer. I highly recommend them also.
