The 1957 W300 is of course a Flat Fender (sorry Clint), and the 1958 W300 uses a totally different spring setup. It is used by the 1957-58 D100-D300, and W100-W200.
I think the 1954-56 1/2 ton to 1 ton 2wds also use that part, but I am not 100% sure. It may be used earlier as well.
The 1959 trucks changed the spring shackles, so they no longer use that part.
