Duane, that part number is 1664 437. Both sides are the same. The same bracket is on all the 57,58 W and D 100, 200, 300 (maybe 59, i don't have that parts book). I replaced one of mine with one out of a parts truck. Shouldn't be too hard to find, there should be a bushing between the shackle and bracket. If it isnt wallowed out to bad you might screw in a new bushing and be OK. I don't know about the bracket but I think the pilot house trucks use the same bushings. Hope that helps. Mark
