I can wiggle the yoke sleeve back on forth and push it in and pull it out about 1.5 inches so it's loose, but gets held up after the 1.5 inches. I was thinking that there may be a key in there holding things up. The threaded bolt didn't have a normal square head to it, but what looked to be a slot in the top. The whole area is very rusted so it is difficult to know whether the bolt head was sheared off at some time or whether it's a real slotted bolt.
