Death dance

I was going to work today in my 93 dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 CTD got about a 1/2 mile from home hit a bump with the right front and she started dancing. It felt like the tires were coming 6" off the ground. I tried to give it the gas threw it and it got worse. Had to slow down to about 5 mph. It never did it before or again. Whats up with that shocks bad or what.Thanks for the imput.
