To change from 5.83 to 4.89, requires a complete new ring and pinion gear set...which is a matched set. There is nothing mentioned in the Ebay description about Ring and Pinion gear set. It looks to me like he is selling a basic rebuild kit. Nothing, I repeat nothing he mentions has anything to do with changing form 5.83 to 4.89's. Either he does not know what he is talking about or he is trying to mislead.
Last winter, I did (8) ring and pinion 4.89 changes for the Bandit and Bumblebee. I did not rebuild the spiders as I added Dan's ARB Air Lockers.
