Typically the engine number in a 1961-67 WM300 is something like T25-1001, or R25-1001, or B25-1001.
Your number of 25-133528C is missing the letter in front of the 25.
Maybe it is there but shallow, or dirty?
In the Flat Head sixes the Serial Number on the door tag and the engine number never matched from the factory.
