Motor #'s and tag & frame #'s 1964 ffpw

does the vin plate numbers and the motor numbers suppose to match someway on 1962-1965 ffpw. I went to the 137 web site and looked over all those data sheets and just wasn't sure about it. Like my motor # is 25-133528C so how do u tell if this is original or not. I know it is a 251 6 cyl but does it suppose to match serial number or manufacturer number ??
