I would like to add, in addition to what Paul covers very well, something I learned recently.
DO NOT not discard the steel roller pins, even if they are pitted, etc.
It is impossible to find new replacements now for these pins.
Dress these pins with some fine abrasive paper if needed to take off burrs, etc.
I reassembled my hub with a light coating of synthetic grease after cleaning.
I also buffed the exterior with white rouge, which helped a lot with the hubs overall appearance.
