stuck m13 warn hub

i have a warn m13 hub on my 1968 wm300 flat fender power wagon that will not go from lock to free. it will not turn, ive backed up and moved foreward and backed up with the truck in 4 wheel drive and it will not free up. the truck sat for some time so could it be gunked up. what do i need to do. thanks dave
