Well, John, thank you for offering your condolences so quickly. Before I entered into this project, I searched every possible site I could and I found this bumper used on the W500 as well as the one you describe as being the same as used on the W300. I don't know if there is any wrong or right. I do know that this bumper was manufactured to the specs of a bumper Marty had and I have also seen it on other trucks as well.
