I have shown you proof over and over, and all you do is name calling.

The 1961 model year introduced a new body style across the range, look at the attached image of 400 to 600 series D model trucks.

The only time I can think of the Medium duty standard cab trucks being on their own timetable is in the early 1970s as you mentioned.

The C series trucks did use the Power Giant era cab in the early 1960s, but that model used that cab from the first LCF in 1960 until 1975. They are sort of a special case, spanning the 1961-71 era.

The more I look at this the more I think that Dodge did not label anything "Sweptline" other then the bed. I can find no mention of the Sweptline era, or anything. All I can find are ads, etc with the Sweptline bed being labeled as Sweptline.

I have done enough scanning, and proving my side. I challenge you to find anything Dodge put out as an ad, or book, etc that calls a truck without a Sweptline bed, but a Sweptline cab (like a 1961-71 D400 or a Utiline bed D300) a Sweptline.

If it is truly the Sweptline era, then all trucks regardless of bed should be called that somewhere.

I await your PROOF, a scan, or picture of the text in question. Please show the whole page, as sometimes the Sweptline bed will be shown on the same page as a Utiline trucks picture.

Eric
